Named one of America's best Thanksgiving Day runs by Fitness Magazine\, the Dana Point Turkey Trot has become an Orange County tradition\, attracting 11\,000 participants to its 5K\, 10K\, Combo 10K/5K\, Kids' 1-Mile Gobble Wobble\, and two-day expo.\n\n\n\nRegister for the Race\n\n\nCelebrating 48 years\, the Dana Point Turkey Trot is the premier trot in Southern California and is the perfect place to bring your family to run the race before you stuff your face. The Dana Point Turkey Trot is a USA Track & Field (USATF) sanctioned and certified event.\n\n\n\nTour the beautiful beach\, majestic cliffs and coves of Dana Point. Enjoy pounding surf\, rugged cliffs\, and cool ocean breezes as you trot through the Dana Point Harbor and Doheny State Beach. From beginners to elite runners\, this event is for everyone!\n\n\n\nSince its inception\, the Dana Point Turkey Trot has donated over half a million dollars to nonprofit organizations.
