DESCRIPTION:Join Dana Point Harbor for the four-year anniversary of the Stand Up To Trash beach cleanup and lunch & learn.\n\n______________________________________\n\n\nWhat would happen if everyone picked up at least one piece of trash? \n\n \n\nJoin us for a day of fun on the water\, beach\, and surrounding areas to cleanup our natural world. \n\n\n\nOn August 11...\n\n \n\n\n	Get into the groove with free yoga at Baby Beach from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.\n	From 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. participate in a beach cleanup!\n	At 10:30\, enjoy a free lunch & learn at the Ocean Institute. The theme is the 4-year anniversary\, focusing on the impact created during this time.\n\n\nFresh coffee\, hot chocolate\, and donuts will be provided by Coffee Importers. Participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable cup!\n\n\n\nThere are two places to register and check in/weigh in: Baby Beach and Ocean Institute!\n\n\n\nBaby Beach\n\nBags and gloves will be provided\, reusable gloves encouraged! \n\n\n\nArrive early (9 a.m.) to use a (single or double) kayak or stand up paddle board for an "on the water" cleanup provided by Westwind Sailing! (Max. 4 pieces of equipment per party).\n\n\n\nOcean Institute\n\n\n\nBags\, buckets and grabbers will be provided\, reusable gloves encouraged! \n\n \n\nWeigh in your collected trash at any spot for a chance to win in one of four categories:\n\n\n	The Biggest Catch\n	The Smallest Catch (think microplastics)\n	The Most Unusual\n	The Most Items (from Debris Tracker App\, tracking for Stand Up To Trash) \n\n\nPrizes have been donated by Killer Dana Surf Shop\, Captain Dave's Whale Watching\, Dana Wharf\, Shaka Love\, and Custodians of The Sea.
