DESCRIPTION:Dana Point residents and business owners are invited to a second community meeting to further discuss issues raised at the September 14\, 2016 meeting with emphasis on the proposed parking standards.\n\n\n\nThe City conducted a community Design Charrette in September 2015.  The result was a Vision Plan that identified new land uses for Doheny Village.  Since that time\, the City's consultant\, Opticos Design\, Inc.\, has been preparing a new zoning code (Form Based Code) with development standards to guide the future development area.  In addition\, the City engaged Michael Baker International to prepare an Environmental Impact Report to support the new land use plan.
