As Dana Point locals\, we were inspired to create a space rooted in movement\, health\, recovery\, and community\, a place that brings people together while helping them feel stronger\, more balanced\, and more connected to themselves and each other.\n\nOur studio features 18 reformer beds\, 6 TVs for guided class instruction\, incredible trainers\, and a beautiful recovery lounge with 3 private red light therapy rooms\, plus 3 zero gravity chairs where members can relax with compression legs and SmartGoggles. FS8 Dana Point is more than a workout\; it's a place to move\, recover\, connect\, and feel your best.
