Guests can enjoy food\, beer & wine from local restaurants starting at 6:00 p.m. The festival will also include a silent auction\, an opportunity drawing and entertainment by students in the college's Commercial Music Program\, playing favorites from the past five decades. The Saddleback Star competition begins at 7:30 p.m.\, and you'll want to see who will be crowned Saddleback's 2017 vocal star.
