Neal Kelley is Registrar of Voters for Orange County, California, the fifth largest voting jurisdiction in the United States, serving more than 1.8 registered voters. Please join us to hear a presentation by Mr. Kelley reviewing the many safeguards and processes his team utilize during an election, and have your questions about the process answered directly.
