Job Summary: 

The Juicerista's primary job function is to prepare menu items per Clean Juice’s standards. 

Responsibilities: 

• Holds the core values of Clean Juice 
• Appreciative of guests

• Holds high standards in speech and conduct 
• Adhere to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance 
• Practice strong communication skills to communicate effectively with our guests, the shift leader on duty, the AM and the GM. 
• Delivers a quality product in a timely fashion 
• Make decisions based on what is right for our guests. 
• Maintain a clean work environment. 
• Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling. 
• Abide by all health code requirements to ensure the store maintains a 98% or above. 
• Manage all monetary exchanges in the store by taking orders and ringing up transactions. 
• Able to see the guest’s point of view when assessing the store (need to be able to think like a guest) 
• Has integrity, is a team player, is always curious and has fun! 
• Promotes and actively participates in our local sponsoring events. 
• Promotes and grows our social media awareness. 
• Promotes and encourages the use of the Clean Juice app so that it’s easier for the team in prepping orders as well as being convenient for our guests to simply pick up & go. 

Qualifications: 

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. 
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
