Platinum HR Consulting Group is offering free HR Assessments to Dana Point Chamber Members. The HR Assessment assesses risk in everyday HR and compliance matters. It has 15 questions and takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
It covers wage & hour, compliance, discrimination, benefits and discipline & terminations. The assessment is the perfect way for each company to be proactive. It will provide a score report giving the business owner an unfiltered view of their current HR situation areas where they may need support.
Members will receive an email with a link to the results. You can schedule a meeting with Platinum HR Consulting Group to review the results further.
