As an art major turned business advisor, I’ve watched well-executed branding drive results for boutique businesses and global companies throughout my career. Best practices and core principles create success for companies of all sizes, and the same is true for your business.
My name is Jonathan Mayer, and I work with clients to create compelling brand communications that promote awareness, growth, and, most importantly, profit.

Jon is based in Southern California and holds a degree from the School of Art + Design at San Diego State University. His career includes working with record labels, design studios, and advertising agencies before launching his consultancy in 2003. He has been instrumental in building several iconic brands, including Lugano Diamonds, with whom he began working in 2008 when the company had less than 10 employees, and he has helped the company grow to become one of the most distinctive brands in the luxury jewelry industry, selling a $300M stake in the business in 2021. Mr. Mayer brings more than 25 years of experience, expertise, and hands-on execution to partner with clients.
