The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel brinks back its celebrated Culinary Cookout On The Coast, an outdoor dining series set on the edge of an expansive bluff overlooking miles of the Pacific Ocean. From festive holiday celebrations to pop-ups from celebrated California chefs and breweries, the culinary series showcases the resort's multicultural culinary program and surrounding area's best seasonal flavors. 

Kicking off the series, on August 26, Southern California's famed pitmaster Daniel Castillo of Heritage Barbecue joins the resort's talented culinary team for a Texas Barbecue event, inviting guests to skip the line at the beloved San Juan Capistrano restaurant and dive straight into a feast of Castillo's signature brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs and a surf & turf sausage!

The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel welcomes guests to bring their furry friends to this event for a $25 donation. Proceeds proudly support The Veterans Initiative of Canine Companions for Independence, a non-profit committed to connecting highly trained and loving assistance dogs with disabled veterans.
