Drawing from decades of experience and research, Serpa will explore the park's early beginnings, local surf culture, notable historical figures, and offer a look at what's ahead for Doheny State Beach. Attendees can also purchase Thrifty Ice Cream from Killer Dana Surf Shop to enjoy during the presentation.
