Gourmet Gatherings Master Class

Join Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club for the Gourmet Gatherings Master Class on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the resort’s Wine Cave.

Step into the Wine Cave for an intimate cooking demonstration led by Resort Executive Chef Steve Benjamin and Bourbon Steak Executive Sous Chef Justin Hall. Follow along as the chefs showcase techniques of their craft while preparing an Heirloom Tomato Salad and Croque Monsieur.

During the one-hour demonstration, guests will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and conversation with the chefs as they share their culinary knowledge and passion. Following the demonstration, guests will enjoy a seated luncheon featuring the dishes prepared during the class.

Tickets are $155 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, and the experience is available to resort guests, members, and locals.
