Gourmet Gatherings with Hubert Keller

Join Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club for Gourmet Gatherings with Hubert Keller on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the resort’s Wine Cave.

The evening begins beneath the coastal sky on the Wine Cave Terrace, where Chef Hubert Keller will mingle with guests while savory, tray-passed bites are served. From there, guests will step inside the Wine Cave for an intimate multi-course dinner curated by Chef Keller, featuring an evening of exceptional cuisine and conversation.

After dinner, the experience takes a lively turn as DJ Keller trades the dinner table for the turntables, providing the soundtrack to close out the evening.

Tickets are $700 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, and the experience is available to resort guests, members, and locals.

Cancelled reservations will receive a 50% refund up to 14 days before the event. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
