Join iHeartYoga for their Love & Self-Care: Yin + Sound Bath Ceremony on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

This nourishing two-hour experience is designed to support deep rest, renewal, and reflection. The evening will begin with long-held, supported Yin postures to gently release tension in the body, followed by a soothing sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. Through guided meditation and the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, participants will be invited to reconnect inward and create space for restoration and self-care. This workshop is open to all levels and offers a welcoming environment for anyone seeking relaxation and balance.

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable, warm clothing, as this is a restorative practice rather than a heated class.
