In partnership with Kids Around The World, we'll be packing 100,000 meals that will be shipped to North Uganda for Sudanese refugees, many of whom are orphaned children who have survived the escape to Uganda.

This is our 5th meal packing event during which volunteers will come together and serve in assembly-line fashion to pack thousands of nutritious meals for malnourished kids. The meals are non-GMO, plant-based, high in protein, and vitamin-rich.

Navarro's Tacos will have authentic tacos, quesadillas, and burritos available for purchase. Cash or card accepted.

About the Refugee Crisis

This year, Sudan tops the International Rescue Committee's Emergency Watchlist because of escalating conflict, mass displacement, an economic crisis, and a near collapse of health care services.

Over 2 million asylum seekers have sought refuge in neighboring countries such as Uganda, and the vast majority are women and children. Many of the young children are experiencing acute malnutrition.
