Navigating Brain Care With Heart: Mental Health Is Brain Health

Join Beheshti Wellness Center on Wednesday, September 30 from 5:30–8:00 PM at Crown Valley Community Center in Laguna Niguel for Navigating Brain Care With Heart, an evening focused on brain health, cognitive aging, and caring for ourselves and our loved ones as we age.

The event will bring together five specialists to share insights and perspectives on brain health and aging. Dr. Sayeh Beheshti of Beheshti Wellness Center will present “Mental Health Is Brain Health: How Depression, Anxiety, Stress, and Sleep Affect Cognitive Health,” exploring the important connection between emotional well-being and cognitive health.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the factors that can influence brain health and gain valuable information to help navigate cognitive and mental wellness throughout the aging process.
