Opening Up to Abundance - Returning to Yourself Monthly Gathering w/ Dr. Sayeh Beheshti

Dr. Sayeh Beheshti, is a practicing psychiatrist in Dana Point who specializes in integrative psychiatry.  She offers this monthly gathering to the community as a safe space to exhale, talk and learn about different topics.  She guides each gathering through a short meditation, summarizes the current topic and then opens the group up for discussion which is optional.  This event is free.  Pre-registration is encouraged.
