Our culinary team invites guests to enjoy three al fresco dinners served family style featuring the season's specialties complemented by distinctive wines. Dive into culinary delicacies as our Chefs presen a menu of seafood from the Pacific Northwest including cedar plank salmon, oysters on the half shell, clams, and mussels along with lamb chorizo, foraged muchroom medley and smoked potatoes following by palatable desserts.
