Ribbon Cutting: Coastal Concierge Care

Please join us for a ribbon cutting at the new offices of Dr. Shahrokh Poormehr, Coastal Concierge Primary Care at 34189 Pacific Coast Hwy, Ste. 202 (Riviera Laser Studios building) in Dana Point at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 24. Immediately following the ribbon cutting celebration, light fare and beverages will be served. 

Dr. Poormehr is a well-known Southern California family, wellness and sports injury practitioner and urgent care specialist. He founded the first urgent care facility in San Juan Capistrano and has now founded Coastal Concierge Primary Care in Dana Point specializing in one-on-one patient concierge service, with a focus on comprehensive and personalized wellness, care and disease prevention practice. 

Medical services are provided in this comfortable, office setting, or in-home visits, with an emphasis on 7 days a week, 24-hours a day responsiveness. 

In addition to annual wellness and personalized care, his practice also offers specialized primary care services such as COVID-19 Regeneron home treatments, FDA-approved regenerative medicine, and managing high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol. 

The boutique facility has a private entrance and also provides IV therapies ranging from cognitive, fat-burning metabolism boosts, immunity and joint/back pain.
