Reset Cove was built from a simple belief: Taking care of yourself shouldn't feel intimidating. Founders and owners, Rachel and Theresa, wanted to create a space where recovery wasn't reserved for only professional athletes or wellness experts. A place where anyone can walk in, take a breath, reset and leave feeling better than when they arrived. That's how Reset Cove was born.
