Join iHeartYoga for a unique SUP Yoga experience on Saturday, June 13, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at West Wind Sail in Dana Point Harbor.
This 90-minute workshop combines stand-up paddleboarding and yoga for a fun and refreshing workout on the water. The first portion of the class is spent paddling through the harbor, helping to strengthen the core, back, and arms, followed by a guided yoga practice performed directly on the paddleboard. Because the class takes place on a moving surface, participants engage additional stabilizing muscles while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of Dana Point Harbor.
No prior paddleboarding or yoga experience is required. This class is designed for all skill levels, making it a great opportunity for beginners and experienced yogis alike to try something new. Paddleboard rentals are available, or participants may bring their own board.
