Youth Development Professional
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley is seeking enthusiastic Youth Development Professionals to join their team and help children learn, grow, and succeed.
Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with youth. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. Competitive pay is offered. Positions are available in Aliso Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, and San Juan Capistrano.
A $250 signing bonus is available, with $100 paid with the first paycheck and $150 after 90 days of employment.
