What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations with attention to detail
- Guide patients through treatment plans and financial discussions with clarity and empathy
- Handle phone inquiries, emails, and patient communication in a timely, polished manner
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Maintain the aesthetic and organization of the front office and reception area
- Professional, polished personal presentation, including a confident and health-conscious smile, to reflect the esthetic nature of our brand.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a front office or concierge role (dental, medical, luxury hospitality preferred)
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing finances, insurance, and elective treatment options
- Proficient with dental software (Dentrix a plus)
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated
